Shipping & Returns

Orders over $200 ship free.

For everything else, shipping is a flat $9.95 within the continental U.S. We pack and ship every order ourselves, from Telluride, usually within 1–2 business days.

If it’s not right, send it back within 30 days.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund; everything else comes back to you in full, to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the item arriving back with us.

Everything we make is built to hold up — long-staple flax, French seams, cross-stitched buttons, finished by the same family who’s been doing this longer than anyone else in the country.

If something fails because of how it was made — a seam, a stitch, the weave itself — we’ll replace it. Twelve months, no fine print.

This is separate from our return window. Returns are about whether it’s right for you. The warranty is about whether we did our job.

We only ship within the US right now. If that changes, this is the first place we’ll say so.

Want a different size or color instead of a refund? Just reach out — we’ll send a return label, and once the original piece is back with us, we’ll ship the new one out at no extra cost. Same 30-day window, same “unused and unwashed” rule as returns.
