We are a small studio in Telluride, so the reply comes from us rather than from a desk somewhere. Two business days at the outside, usually the same one.
What size do I need
Sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases come in Queen and King. The fitted sheet holds a mattress up to 16 inches deep without pulling at the corners. Full measurements on our size guide.
When does it ship
We pack and ship every order ourselves, from Telluride, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Full shipping details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I return it
Yes, within 30 days, as long as it’s unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. A $10 return fee is deducted from your refund; everything else comes back in full. More on our Shipping & Returns page.
